When we say youth-led, we mean it. The No Limits Youth Board is made up of teens from across the state who are dedicated to fighting Big Tobacco. They are the guiding force that pushes the movement forward by empowering other Nebraska youth.
Hello, my name is Jacey Anderson.I live in Auburn, but commute to Johnson-Brock Public School.
I joined No Limits my freshman year and joined the youth board my sophomore year, so this will be my third year on the board. This year I will serve as a co-chair with my best friend Elaina Riley. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. My favorite people ever are, of course, Molly and Amy and then my mom and my 13 year old aunt Serenity.

I am a co-chair of this year’s Youth Board! I have been involved in No Limits for four years and on the Youth Board for three. I am involved in theater, speech, science olympiad, FBLA, FFA, choir, NHS, cheerleading, and the Youth Action Board (YAB). I am social, have a passion for public speaking, and like to have a good time!
My name is Rachel Waugh. I’m a sophomore at Kearney High School.
This is my first year being involved in No Limits. I am proud to be a Youth Board member, a member of the event engagement committee, and the secretary. I enjoy being a marching band member, HOSA parliamentarian, FBLA member, and YAF secretary. I am involved in many things, and I make time for No Limits because I’m passionate about the cause.

A few things about me: I have three sisters and eight brothers, am the historian for my 2019-2020 FFA group, enjoy cheering, and of course, No Limits. This is my second year on the No Limits Youth Board, and am excited to see what this year will bring!
Hey y’all, my name is Rosie Nelson! I am a senior at O’Neill High School and plan to attend the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and major in agricultural education.
I love to learn and help others as much as I can, as well as participate in as many FFA and No Limits events possible. I am so excited to work with everyone this year! This is my second year on the Youth Board and No Limits, and my first year serving as the Social Media Chair.

After graduating I will attend Oklahoma State University to double major in Agriculture Education and Animal Science. I live and work on my family’s farm, where I get to live my passion for educating and learning all at the same time! Through No Limits I am excited to bring awareness to the negativity of the tobacco industry. This is my first year in No Limits, and I cannot wait to serve this organization!
Heyo! My name in Kaylee Koch! I live in Crofton, which is a small town in northeast Nebraska, and am a senior at Crofton High School.
I have been involved in No Limits since eighth grade, and am excited for my first year on the Youth Board and to serve as the Activism Committee Chair. Activities I’m involved in include one act, speech, student council, and National Honor Society. I enjoy things such as snuggling my dog, watching movies and musicals, listening to music, and reading. I also love dark chocolate and Chinese food! I’m the youngest child of nine. My favorite color is pink, and I have a Border Collie puppy named Letty. I am good at singing and very easy to get along with. Cheerleading, one act, speech, student council, band, choir, Nebraska Leadership Seminar, wellness, Big Cat Little Cat, FCCLA, dance, and church keep me busy.
